If you're experiencing issues with temperature or humidity not increasing, we recommend keeping the incubator in the foam box it came in and adding warm water. If you're concerned about the accuracy of the temperature or humidity display, you may want to consider using an additional thermometer or hygrometer to monitor conditions. Our machines also allow for manual temperature calibration, if necessary.

If your egg turner isn't working, be sure to check the rotation shaft and follow the troubleshooting steps in our manual. Additionally, it's important to thoroughly clean the incubator between uses, to ensure everything is functioning properly before starting a new round of incubation.
